The problem with a straight bottle brush is the corner at the bottom of a tumbler, where it never quite reaches. This one is bent: a 12 inch angled neck puts the head flat against the base of a tall flask or a narrow-necked decanter and sweeps it properly.

Two bristle types share the head. Stiff natural bristles do the scrubbing on dried coffee and protein residue; softer nylon tips handle silicone parts and anything you would rather not scour.
