Every Astherlau order travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us — normally within 0-1 business days of ordering — and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter the number below to jump straight to the carrier, or sign in to see all of your orders in one place.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What you should receive, and when
- Order confirmation — sent within minutes of checkout, with your order number on it.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates — the tracking page then moves through each scan until the parcel reaches your door.
If nothing is moving
A freshly created label can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan, so a quiet tracking page on day one is normal. If it has not updated for several days, or it says delivered and nothing has arrived, email support@astherlau.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
